Getting Real

To get the best support and the most out of your coachingh, a trustworthy relationship with your coach is essential. We will get to know each other and determine together if the basis is there for further program.

Observation of Patterns

We demand no change during the first months, we actually embrace the addiction as an extraordinary guide. The hard part will be to be completely honest and open about the factual behaviour. We observe the addiction and become more and more aware of all the different patterns that are in play.  During this time we identify certain 'points of entry' that inhibit our full awareness. These are relationships, routines, anchors, circumstances, stories, etc, that keep resurfacing in our life and that seem to keep us in the same place.

Points of Entry

After we have a deeper understanding of our addiction we can move into certain sub-areas of our patterns.. Maybe you have experienced some change already, maybe you have not. But it doesnt matter. During the second part we focus on different points of entry without losing sight of the whole and we will challenge those

Change in Action

Without any control or whiteknuckling, you volunatirly chose to make certain changes. There is no goal, only learning about the different effects taht these changes have on you body, mind and circumstances.
